As part of its efforts to promote an institutional culture of ethics and compliance, K4D:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"color:#606060;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80)\" class=\"wp-block-list has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8924add2eaa62e3ceb213db75d2ae97c\">\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\" class=\"\">Maintains a Code of Conduct that sets out the standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct for all K4D directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, and agents;<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\" class=\"\">Provides exceptionally strong financial, operational and program systems and management to ensure the highest levels of compliance; and<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:16px\" class=\"\">Is committed to implementing policies, procedures, training, and outreach initiatives to ensure an organization-wide culture of ethics and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reporting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3d49c0f891b39e9865845196f71014f1\" style=\"color:#606060;font-size:16px\">Reports of fraud, abuse, or harassment must be brought to K4D\u2019s attention in a timely manner. Reports and questions may be submitted through: (i) the employee\u2019s immediate supervisor, (ii) Foundation Director via email: <a href=\"mailto:director@knowledge4development.org\">director@knowledge4development.org<\/a>, and (iii) K4D\u2019s Board of Director or via email: <a href=\"mailto:info@knowledge4development.org\">info@knowledge4development.org<\/a>.
